Annoying! Of course, we don't want this. There are several possible causes.


1. Do you have your chip settings set to private? You can check this in your MYLAPS settings. Is there a checkmark next to private? Then you need to uncheck it first. If your chip is set to private, we cannot show your sessions and lap times. Please note: if your chip is indeed set to private and you turn it off, you have to skate a new session first before you can see your results in GoSkate.  So we cannot display your old sessions.


2. Are your chip settings completely correct as mentioned in point 1? Check whether your ice skating sessions are visible on MYLAPS. Is this the case? Then the chip may not be connected properly. Do you want to check the connection again and look at the chip number you entered? Maybe that's where the error is!


3. Do points 1 and 2 both not solve the problem? Are your results not visible on MYLAPS either? Then there is more to it. Possibly the MYLAPS system at the ice rink are not active. Get in touch via the contact form below and we will sort it out for you!
