Can you check what kind of chip you have? Only the MYLAPS ProChip Flex works in the GoSkate app. All other chips such as the ChampionChip and the X2 transponder cannot be paired.

Don't wait too long to pair, because without pairing with a your chip you won't be able to use the measurement of your start, intermediate and finish times in GoSkate.
