A minimum of a start, split and finish is required to offer live tracking to your athletes and fans. It is advised to position the split point at 2 KM after the start timeline, so that from that point we can calculate someone's expected finish time and position on the map. It is possible to already use the functionality with only a start and finish location, but in this case we cannot calculate an athlete's average speed during the race.
