If you are using MYLAPS ChampionChip Timing systems for live tracking, you will need to take a couple of things into account.

  1. Make sure your T&S file has the correct event date. Championchip devices do not contain a date. T&S adds the event date to the passings and the TRACX system uses a filter to filter out passings from before the event date. If the date of your T&S file is incorrect, no passings will be received by TRACX.

  2. Midnight transitions. Please note! Your ChampionChip EAR should have 200 hours mode turned on! Otherwise the system won't calculate the date correct after midnight and causes that passings will be rejected for any further timelines. Races which crosses midnight more than one time haven't been tested.

  3. How to use the same Ear/decoder on multiple locations. This is not a tested situation. Please contact team@tracx.events.
